Procurement and Programme Management for Multi-Room Installs
Multi-room deployments are where procurement discipline makes the biggest difference to margin. The failure mode is predictable: some rooms are ready for installation and some are not, equipment arrives for all rooms at once, kit sits in storage while building works finish, and damage or firmware obsolescence occurs before installation begins.
