Zigaflow was founded by a team with direct experience of the operational challenges that small and medium-sized product businesses face. Before building software, we'd run businesses that dealt with exactly the problems Zigaflow solves — disconnected tools, manual quoting processes, supplier coordination done entirely by email, and invoices raised days or weeks after jobs were complete.
We built Zigaflow because we couldn't find what we needed. The CRMs were too sales-focused and stopped at the order. The ERPs were too complex and too expensive for a business our size. The specialist tools were good at one thing and nothing else. So we built the platform we wished had existed.
We're based in London and work with businesses across the UK and internationally. Every team member who works on Zigaflow has spent time talking directly to the customers using it — understanding their workflows, their pain points, and what they need the software to do next.
