Add Forecast/Probability Percentages to your quotation statuses

You can now apply a forecast/probable percentage to statuses in the quotations module. The value of a quote in that status is multiplied by the probability to give a weighted value.

The weighted values are displayed by clicking on the ‘Totals’ button in the quotations module. The values are filtered by the selectors on the left-hand side of the screen.

Specify where order tags are displayed

Order tags may only be required in certain modules of the software – and there is new functionality to specify which modules ones. For example, you can create tags that are only visible in the invoices module.

If you have already created order tags, they will be available in every module, unless otherwise specified by the user. To manage these, click on the Cog -> Business Settings -> Order Tags:

Add a default footer to all your emails

When an email is sent from the system, for example for a quote, the system can now add an email footer by default. For example, if you are running a promotion and wish to publicise on our emails, a new one can be set up for a short period of time.

The footer can include the user’s name, position, telephone, etc. It can also include images.

Set up as many footers as required by clicking on the Cog -> Business Settings -> Email Footer.
