On the Jobs Grid view, there is an Export button offering standard or detailed exports into Microsoft Excel or CSV. This has now been updated to include columns for forecast costs, actual costs, and the totals for invoices received by suppliers (in relation to Purchase Orders generated from Jobs), which is ideal for month-end accruals.
You have always been able to merge more than one job into a single invoice to send to your customer if you have multiple jobs under a project. However, we have now added the ability to do this on a Proforma invoice basis.
If when you quote a particular product or service, there is always another one you need to add, you can now automatically add additional products or services as long as these are set up correctly in your items list.
This can also be used to add optional items, allowing you and your team to add upsell opportunities on quotes that are not included on the totals calculations on the quotes.
In conjunction with our new email integration (currently available on Office 365) you can create email templates to quickly respond to emails from customers in relation to their quotations etc. Email templates are available on the new integrated email functionality for standard responses on leads, quotes and more.
