Save custom report settings

You can now create customised reports which can be saved and selected from a drop-down menu. As there are numerous report filters and options, there are countless variations available to you. Once you have a report that suits your requirements, you can save and input a unique name for that report. It will then be added to a drop-down field on the page, allowing you to select any of your reports and launch them in an instant.

Copy existing lead workflows

To make it even easier to set up multiple lead pipelines quickly, you can now create one pipeline, set all your statuses and default probabilities, then copy it to make a duplicate lead pipeline where you can make minor changes, so you don’t have to make each pipeline from scratch.

Update to the latest version of Zigaflow

Since the launch of my.zigaflow.com, there will be times when you will need to update your version of the software.

If an update is needed, you will see a button labelled “Update” in the top right-hand corner of the screen. If you are on the latest version, the button will not be visible.

Additional customisation options

For some time, you have been able to rename the majority of modules in the software. We have now extended this feature to include some of the remaining modules that you could not name before, as well as system terms to make the software even more user friendly. 

The list of modules you can customise now includes: 

• Business Types
• Order Tags
• Pre-Builds
• Scheduled Messages
• Statuses
• Tasks
• Variants
• Workflows

Some of these system conventions are the most powerful features in the software. If you are not using these, get in touch with a member of our team and we will show you how to use them in your business.

An easier way to customise

You can now upload a copy of your company logo, or a specific image, and you will see all the available colours of that image which you can then use to quickly apply to any of the following: 

• Theme Colour (Menu Bar)
• Primary button Colour
• Background on any of the following modules: 
• Quotations
• Jobs
• Purchase Orders
• Delivery Notes
• Contracts
• eForms

This lets you see your company’s brand reflected within Zigaflow so you can get the best experience possible. 

Quickly add scheduled messages to the library

When setting up a Pre-Build, you can add scheduled messages for automatic email communication.

When you add one of these scheduled messages, if it seems like something you would use at a later date, you can save it to the library of scheduled messages so you can quickly add it to any future Pre-Builds you create.

Measure in millimetres

You can now use the multiplier fields in quotation records to display millimetre measurements when the product or material is stored in the item list with a unit of ‘M2’.
