Once you have signed up to Zigaflow, we will organise a meeting to:

  • Gather some basic information about your business
  • Recognise how your business operates
  • Understand your desired timeframes and personal goals
  • Discuss your specific system requirements
  • Answer any and all enquiries you may have

Implementation and setup process

Basic information

We will send you an eform to gather some basic information to understand more about your business

Kickoff meeting

We will schedule an online meeting to discuss your requirements in more detail and answer any questions you have

Initial build

Work will begin on your initial system setup, specifying your draft quotation templates, screen layouts, statuses and workflows

Review meeting

We will walk you through the initial build, update you on the progress which has been made, and discuss further changes

Refine build

We will address any points from the first review and refine the initial build and upload all other branded document templates

Launch live system

Your business management system is now live, Zigaflow are still on hand for any residual issues that you may encounter

This varies depending on which package you sign up for. The durations below are average timescales:

  • Sales Automation: 4-6 weeks
  • Business Automation: 8-10 weeks
  • Service Automation: 12-14 weeks

We encourage customers to have short weekly meetings to get things set up as quickly as possible.

You will be handed over to our support department who will provide ongoing assistance and support as part of your package.

We will progressively get you set up with the key system elements in three phases.

  • Phase #1 - Work will begin on your initial system setup, specifying your draft quotation templates, screen layouts, statuses and workflows
  • Phase #2 – Refinement starts on the initial build, where we will address any points from the first review and upload all other branded document templates
  • Phase #3 – Automations are configured as well as any reporting that you have requested previously
