Immediately Send Emails to Clients or Staff When a Status Changes

Scheduled messages (emails) can now be sent immediately a status changes on a lead, quote, job/order, invoice, purchase order, etc. Prior to this update, they could only be sent a day after.

Scheduled messages (emails) can now be sent immediately a status changes on a lead, quote, job/order, invoice, purchase order, etc. Prior to this update, they could only be sent a day after.

To set this up, open the pre-build to drive this from and set the 'Trigger' days to 0.

 

Set up all the other parameters in the way you would normally. 

You can also set who the email will come from but make sure this matches one set up in the email integrations otherwise Zigaflow will send it from the noreply email.
